Professional electrical construction is the cornerstone of automation systems

Stable operation of an automation system depends on reliable power supply and code-compliant electrical construction. AGV charging stations, conveyors, elevators, stacker cranes — every piece of equipment needs stable, safe, compliant power infrastructure.

Kejie Technology has 19 years of experience in high & low voltage electrical works, completing 30+ electrical system projects every year. We don't just "wire things up" — we focus on the safety, reliability and maintainability of the overall electrical system. From solution design, equipment selection and cable routing to control cabinet assembly and system commissioning, we provide full-process professional services.

Our construction team holds electrician's certificates, work-at-height certificates and other special operation qualifications, and strictly follows national electrical construction codes to ensure every project stands up to scrutiny.

Services

Power infrastructure construction for every type of equipment in automation systems

⚡ AGV Charging Station Installation

AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) are core equipment in smart warehousing and flexible production lines. The reliability and safety of the charging system directly affect AGV operating efficiency and overall system stability.

We provide complete AGV charging station construction services, including:

  • Charging station installation: wall-mounted, pole-mounted, embedded and other mounting options
  • Power cable routing: three-phase five-wire system, compliant with national electrical codes
  • Charging station commissioning: integration with the AGV dispatch system for automatic charging
  • Safety protection: leakage protection, overload protection, E-stop buttons, warning signs

🔋 In-Ground Charging Systems & Contact Chargers

In-ground (buried) charging and contact charging are the two mainstream methods of automatic AGV charging — no manual plugging, true unattended operation.

In-ground charging system:

  • Charging plate embedded in the floor; the AGV charges automatically when it reaches the designated position
  • Ideal for space-constrained scenarios such as AS/RS and dense storage
  • Construction includes: floor channeling, cable pre-burial, charging plate installation, floor restoration

Contact chargers:

  • Side-contact or top-contact, with charging electrodes docking automatically
  • Ideal for fixed-route scenarios such as logistics lines and loop delivery
  • Construction includes: charging rack installation, electrode adjustment, line connection, joint commissioning

🏭 Conveyor & Elevator Power Infrastructure

Conveyors and elevators are the core transport equipment of warehousing, logistics and production lines. Their power infrastructure must account for equipment layout, control methods, safety interlocking and many other factors.

Conveyor power infrastructure:

  • Drive motor distribution: VFD control, smooth start/stop
  • Sensor wiring: photoelectric sensors, safety light curtains, barcode scanners, etc.
  • Control cabinet installation: PLC cabinets, junction boxes, E-stop buttons
  • Cable trays: neat routing, clear labeling, easy maintenance

Elevator power infrastructure:

  • Hoist motor distribution: high-power motors, soft-start or VFD control
  • Safety circuits: limit switches, overspeed switches, anti-drop devices
  • Counterweight balance: counterweight system, guide devices
  • Control system: PLC control, HMI touchscreen, remote monitoring

🔧 Control Cabinet Assembly & Commissioning

The control cabinet is the "brain" of an automation system, handling power distribution, signal acquisition, logic control and safety protection. Its quality directly affects the stability and safety of the whole system.

We provide one-stop control cabinet design, assembly and commissioning services:

  • Enclosure selection: protection rating (IP54/IP65) chosen for the field environment
  • Component selection: circuit breakers, contactors, relays, PLCs, touchscreens, etc.
  • In-cabinet wiring: high/low voltage separation, wire labeling, neat and professional
  • Programming: PLC programs, HMI screens, communication configuration
  • On-site commissioning: joint commissioning with equipment to ensure everything works

🔥 AGV Smart Fire Protection Cover

AGV lithium battery thermal runaway is one of the hardest safety risks to prevent in warehousing and factory environments. Once a fire starts, traditional extinguishing methods struggle to put out battery fires, and flames spread easily to nearby equipment and goods.

Our AGV Smart Fire Protection Cover uses a "smother-and-isolate" strategy — instead of forcibly extinguishing the battery fire, it contains the fire in a sealed space, letting the battery burn itself out in an oxygen-depleted environment while blocking the fire from spreading outward.

Core features:

  • Automatic cover closing: after fire confirmation, the spring lock releases automatically, the door closes by gravity and locks, and the expanding seal blocks smoke and oxygen
  • Full-chamber aerosol fill: S-type hot aerosol fills the entire enclosure (approx. 3.9m³), suppressing the oxygen needed for combustion
  • Dual-redundant detection: smoke sensor + temperature sensing provide double monitoring, avoiding false alarms and preventing single-point failure
  • Tripping & power cut: built-in 16A socket powers the AGV charging station; it trips automatically to cut power in a fire
  • Audible & visual alarm: high-power alarm light/siren alerts on-site personnel immediately
  • Backup power: built-in lithium battery keeps detection and alarm running for 1 hour after main power loss

Specifications:

  • Enclosure size: H 1.3m × D 2.0m × W 1.5m
  • Door type: front half-door (parcel-locker style spring lock)
  • Enclosure material: galvanized steel + fire-retardant coating, 1.5mm thick
  • Applications: AGV charging standby areas, maintenance parking areas, multi-AGV rotation use

Control system: mature fire linkage device + relay direct drive — no in-house MCU needed, high reliability, simple maintenance.
